Always water coming thru the floor tiles. Never have anyone you can talk to and when you do it's bad customer service. Machine took my money and I was told no refunds...since when? I spent way more and he couldn't give me 1.25 back. Horrible and always dirty. Last wash at 8, it was 7 and the attendant say we closed. Ask for mgr. number, he said that he's the mgr. I said the owner number because I know he has someone to call in an emergency. He said I can't give you that because they told me not to....sick of bad customers service to places in our neighborhoods and nothing to replace them without traveling a good distance. We need change.
