I signed a contract with SF Construction Services which from what I can find is a non-existent company that Douglas and Frank Walley use to conduct business. They claim this company is BBB accredited, but I was not able to locate this company on the BBB site or anywhere else for that matter. When I search by the phone number on the contract I signed I find Walley Brothers Roofing and Restoration. This company is not accredited and has 3 other complaints filed against them with the BBB. I filed my hail claim in May the roof was replaced in September. The gutters were supposed to be replaced in addition to replacing and painting damaged/rotted boards on the outside of my house and a ceiling repair. The work was not done correctly. Many weeks went by where my attempts to contact them were ignored. Finally contact was made and a promise to fix everything on December 5th, but no one ever showed up. I responded back to on 11/22, 11/27, 11/29, 12/3, and 12/10. They happily took two checks from me, $8907.64 and $2562.96, but have not completed the work they promised. They did not give me the warrantee PPW for the roof nor did they pull a permit with the city.
