BEWARE of Possible Identity Theft! On 8/30/16 at 1pm I went into their Richardson TX office and regret the day I did it! As I'm standing at the window with five others in close proximity, my gut feeling was uneasy. I filled the application out, there was no privacy and the girl behind the counter takes my application and ask for my social security card, which I gave her: She then yells out my social security number after calling my name, so now if someone was looking to steal a person's identity they had NAME and Social! I was stunned and couldn't believe what just happened. To add insult to injury, she became indignant that I voiced my concern, and at that point I advised I would be calling the BBB and Attorney General to report HIPPA violation. And yes, I don't recall seeing a locked file cabinet and since everything is done on paper, who knows where your information ends up!! Know that if I could give them a ZERO I would have
