Update. So in the beginning everything was good. I really liked my apartment and the staff. But somethings that I've noticed.

1. There's been a lot of traffic. I mean a lot of it. Now I get it people have friends and family over but it's been busy. I also have rats,mice's and some roaches in my apartment. Now I'm not a dirty person and pride myself on being as clean as possible. I've caught atleast 3 rats in my apartment with the sticky trays that I bought and asked the apartment to tell the pest control people and they left me 2 of them on my table in my apartment. (I have pictures)

2. There's a big rodent that lives in my ceiling of my apartment that moves around at night. ( I have a video of the noise)

3. Once I started packing up my things from under the kitchen sink I notice the smell of rat pee. Then as I was boxing up my pots and pans from underneath the sink I noticed tons I mean tons of rat feses under the sink. So I took pictures. Upon zooming in. I notice that there was rat feeds in the apartment before I moved in and the maintenance crew just painted over it. (I have pictures ) I'll upload them from my laptop. I don't think I can from the phone.

4. None of my report within 48 hours was met at all they never came to fix my stove. I had to use my convention oven to bake things. They didn't fix anything.
