The new owner Manny Avila is profesional. The shop is clean, and they make you feel welcomed. No rock star drama! If needed he's vailable by appointment too. Spot on, friendly people.

I am quite shocked with this tattoo studio. I initially went to this studio and had work done by the shop owner Dillon Trent. Although he is a very good artist, I cannot at all say the same about his customer service. I had one complete tattoo done and returned for another large geisha piece to be done on my back. I had 2 sessions completed with him and with an incomplete tattoo, I was stood up 2X by Dillon to get my work finished. No return phone calls at my numerous attempts to get a hold of him during that time. Driving back and forth to Dallas for nearly 3 hr. roundtrips all to get stood up with no return calls, etc. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! To this day, my geisha tattoo is still incomplete and I totally hesitate to return to Vitality as I don't want to have another appt. scheduled, make the 3 hour roundtrip, and be stood up yet again!!!!!!

The shop owner Dillon Trent stood me up 6 times in a row, finally when I got a hold of him I asked for a refund an was shocked to hear he wasn't willing to give me my money back! I know ill never go back there for him and I'm going to tell everyone I know that Dillon Trent is a horrible business owner!

Dillon and the guys down at Vitality are ALL professionals. The shop is clean enough to eat off the floor, the artists are all very talented and have portfolios. The tool and equipment are absolutely sterile.... you could do surgery in the place.

Ever Tattoo I ever saw come from there was a masterpiece, and you cannot ask for a friendlier set of tattoo artists. Pick something from the tattoos on the wall or tell them your dream tat and watch them draw it!

They also have body piercing and jewelry, T-shirts, Hats, and other cool stuff.
