Between the bad customer service and the roach invested buildings I can guarantee I have zero intentions on renewing my lease. The staff does not care about their tenants whatsoever.



They accused me of not paying my rent twice (thank god I save my receipts!)



I told them about the dead roaches I found in my bathroom when I did my move in inspection. They told me they'd take care of it within a week. It's been 5 months and I find roaches crawling around in my kitchen and bathroom EVERYDAY.



They give no notice when they are doing maintenance in your building. They turned my water off and after I complained they turned it back on and it's now brown. After I reported the brown water the maintenance team decided it was an appropriate time to go on lunch.



Avoid these apartments like a plague no matter how desperate you get. I've been sleep deprived for weeks due to lack of concern they have for their tenants. If I could break my lease and walk away free I would!
