This place is an absolute joke, the manager is racist, black people beware they only want your money, but if you like bed bugs, mold in your apt. and things never getting fixed than this is the place for,don't do it all these people want is your money, by the way the manager is a thief he will go into your apt. and take what's yours,there's nothing for kids to do, you aren't even allowed to hang out outside, and if you don't pay your rent your car will be towed, I believe that's against the law, but it's true, buyer beware no one should have to live like this, I think the government should investigate this matter more,but if your willing to stay you'll have to deal with the drug dealers,the prostitution and this goes on all day but the manager doesn't care he's probably getting a kickback, I don't recommend this place

The most horrible place ever. Management is worse! Don't believe ANYTHING they say.

This would be a nice place if the owners fired management & maint. Nothing never gets fixed I livers there for about 6 months , air filter has never been changed cold air comes in through windows & doors they control heat and air . Was out of hot water and heat for 8 days during winter months . They don't notify of when the water will be off or how long . Hot water is an issue with this complex , always never any hot water . Roaches & rats pest control sucks u can complain or make maint request . Nothing happens . Office personal is ran by maint . With no public relation skills u would think these people were drug users and at the most not qualified for dealing with tenants on any level .. It terrible .. The complex is always dirty no maint to keep grounds up . Although it is an all bill pay property 2 bedroom for 799 . Is a bit much for horrible living .the tuba I think are lead which I think is not legal paint come off while u shower . No ventilation I have to crack a window to circulate air .. Horrible up keep .. Horrible management ..

These apartments need to burnt down!!! Roach infested old apartments dont let the pictures fool u like it did me the air DOESN'T WORK the walks are thin u can hear

every step ur neighbor takes the dishwasher well u might as well nt even use it they have pest control but its worth Nthin absolutely nothing bugs everywhere dont rent here if u have children or expecting or at least use to a better living dont rent here this is the absolute Ghetto in I'm black from the country the apartments where I'm from wasn't even have as bad as this

Dump the managment r rude get behind on rent they cut ur lights off then lie and say u didnt pay the bill the managers husband is a dallas cop when he is off duty tries to scare u into moving just scare him back with the real 911 cause thinks he can do anything he wants but dallas police dont doevictions. they tell its all bills paid we found out from the mantenance that u pay lights water gas and trash its like that at all riverstone communities thats who owns it
