This company has not paid it's employees in three months. The owner claims Cigna hasn't paid her, Cigna claims they have paid, so somebody is lying. Or pocketed all of the paychecks. The owner Vicky says she's gone to loan sharks to pay her finances (which just sounds like poor business practice) but not her employees. Vicky never answers her phone or returns calls, and the workers are all pretty fed up with her giving them the run around. A lawsuit is in the future. Stay away from this company.

This company is so weird! I worked for 6 weeks and haven't been paid plus they disappeared because do not answer any phone call and the answer machine is full! All the time I noticed that the customer service was so bad. Right now I am filling a "back pay" claim with the Texas Workforce Commission to see if they can help me to get my pay!! This situation is so desperate.

My care giver after working more than a year, is still making $8.00 an hour. Recent changes, caregivers are paid as contract employees, which means he is not even making minimum wage.
Vto had 3 months to find me another caregiver. They couldn't find anyone to take his position for this pay. My caregiver decided to continue because I need the help.
I just had a two week stay in the hospital. The first few days I was home was very hectic. He forgot to use that clock device. So he was informed he would not be receiving those 17 hours of pay. I will be personally making sure vto doesn't get paid either. This company doesn't care about their patients, if they did, then they would do right by the caregivers. They do not.
If your looking for care for your family, don't use this company. Your family member will not receive proper care
After telling my care giver he wouldn't be paid, I again no longer have a caregiver. I'll be reporting them to the state, my insurance company & labor board

I have been working for the company almost two years they always for get to pay there workers I got a call saying I will not be getting paid when I asked why Selena told me that they didn't get paid so I am not this is a unprofessional business they do not care anything about there employees or client how am I not getting paid when I have already did the work I was assigned to.

My Care giver didn't get her check one week because she used a certain phone because her phone was shout off and I go to the Adult Day Care to see my doctor and she used their phone to call in so they didn't pay her she works for her money and they don't pay her because she used a certain phone.
