They said they left a note saying they attempted to deliver my package at 5pm But I didn't see a note anywhere and my house was full of people from 9am-8pm that day. So they clearly lied about it.

Found a note in our business mailbox just outside the facility stating they'd attempted to deliver a package. Not true as we've had people in the building all day. Had an absolutely horrid experience talking with this facility over the phone as they put me on hold for a half hour and then hung up during a "transfer". Same inconsiderate attitude of employees during my visit to the place. If I ran my business the way they do, I wouldn't have a business.

Too bad we can't give zero stars. I agree with previous two comments. Carrier at our complex has actually lost several packages and one of them she scanned in as delivered to the office, but no packages were ever left at the office. Many residents complaining. Employees misrepresent themselves as management, put you on hold for an eternity, and never resolve your issues. I've filed complaints with Consumer Affairs, but never heard anything from them. Have now taken all of my documentation for the issues that have been going on for the last six months and sent them to their consumer advocacy office in Washington, D.C. Contacting local consumers affairs office is a joke.

I couldnt believe the lazy mailman pushed my puffer jacket and an USB cable in the mailbox instead of delivered it to my apartment. They were packages, not envelopes, please ! Feels like delivering wasnt his job. The second time, I got notice that my package couldnt delivery in malbox coz it wasnt a secure place. Omg, they assumed that everything would be put in the tiny mailbox so they didnt have to work or something? The worst experience

Worst post office ever and never horrible customer service rude manager nobody wanna do his job even looking for your mail they don't care about your priority seriously I m gonna move to the area think about it 100 times before and try to avoid to deal with them their so mine
