Love this company. They do a great job with my maintenance contract and come quickly if there is a problem. I've used their service for the past 5 years with great results.

Rick is very rude, talks down to you and just over all treats people like morons. He told me he would personally be at my house the next morning after they left my risers off after an inspection! I stayed home from work that morning and he didn't show. I finally called and come to find out Rick wasn't even in town and had been out of town....I spoke to him the night before! Another guy came out who was very nice and respectful. At that point I told him I would be signing a new contract with someone else. This was November and they still call us weekly. Why I have no idea, I have a new company and they've been fired. Take all this advice from me and others....go with a different company!

Terrible company! They claimed they replaced our aeroriator & it's faulty. It's under warranty & they won't back their alleged work. Rick Davis also likes yelling at Ladies & we're not confident he actually performed the work he stated he performed. Wish we saw the review below before we employed this a**wipe!!! Doesn't even rate on a scale!!!

These guys are crooks. They charged us for replacing parts that they didn't replace. The disabled our septic alarm so that we wouldn't know that we had issues with our septic system. The installed new risers that have leaked from day one. These people seem nice, but they are very shady and crooked. Don't let Rick fool you.
