I want to take a moment to let you know who we are, what we stand for, and how we differentiate ourselves from the many choices you have. First and foremost we are a very different experience than what you may be used to. After all, if your last carpet, upholstery, rug care, or natural stone care professional was what you wanted than you wouldn't be reading this. Our rating and reputation stands for itself, but that is not all that's important and we pride ourselves on offering a non-typical cleaning experience. While many competitors tote that they are "green" simply because of one green cleaning solution they carry, we have gone the distance and aren't afraid to show it. From our green certified solutions, green alternative equipment, to our eco-friendly fleet vans; Ultra Clean Floor Care is a true green cleaning company. As an IICRC Certified Firm we pride ourselves on only allowing top-rated certified, background verified professionals complete the work of the various services we offer. Each individual in our company specializes in the unique service that he or she is dispatched to your home to complete. We require each of our technicians to specialize for the purpose of not having a "jack of all trades" delivering mediocre services in your home. Most importantly we want you to understand that we treat your home with the same respect and care that we treat our own with. We have studied carpet from the top down, then from the bottom up and to accredit our name we are an IICRC Firm, WoolSafe Certified, and have numerous affiliates in different cleaning agencies that proudly stand side-by-side with our techniques and operations. When it comes to pricing and rates we’re happy to give you all of this information upfront so there aren’t any surprises at the time of service. We even give complimentary onsite proposals to homes within 10 miles of our office! When it comes to equipment we're completely open about our use of either standard truck mounted units, or the most powerful electric powered steam cleaning equipment available. To top it off we are constantly upgrading our fleet. To achieve the higher standard of clean our clients have grown to expect from us we use top-of-the-line Pro's Choice cleaning solutions and ScotchGard brand protection products.
