After injuring my neck a couple of months ago....seeing a top notch Neuroseurgeon who did an in-depth test & reviewed those results. He said no surgery was needed, but rather pain management & epideral steroid injections would be the route to go. So he referred me to Dr. Neil Atlin at this Firm. So my husband took me. It was the worst encounter I'd ever had with a Dr.
Let me say, I have no problem anytime a Dr wants to give me a UA, especially pain management Drs, as I know they deal with all kind of ppl & 1. they are protecting their practice & 2 it's becoming, if not already the law. Other than that he was EXTREMELY rude to both me & my husband, when we never gave him reason to be. He most definately has a VERY BAD case of the "God syndrome" :( In 3 visits to him, I played his "game" & he did nothing to help the severe pain I was in. Oh except schedule the MUCH needed injection for a month away. Thankfully God heard our Prayers & lead us to another Dr that actually takes the time to listen & truly cares about his patients. I've already had 2 injections & am doing better. I'd still be waiting another 13 days for the 1st injection with Dr. Atlin. So do yourself a favor....look further & don't waste your time or your health. Again there are other Drs at this Firm & I'm only referring to Dr Atlin. I don't have any knowledge of the other Drs.
