Provided by YP.comI just want to say that your To Go procedure SUCKS. You have LOST a customer. I ordered a Veggie burger on the phone and was told 10 minutes - when I got there (10 minutes later) and tried to pay at the bar, I was told I had to stand in line and pay at the front. My burger was already sitting at the counter ready. I stood in line for 20 MINUTES, watching my burger get cold and being COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED. Left after I finally got to the counter and talked to your Mgr WITHOUT my burger.
WENT TO SMASHBURGER FOR THE 1st TIME EVER and WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO SMASHBURGER.
I REFUSE TO RETURN TO TWISTED ROOT - WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS.
