Don't ever buy a car here. They will over price they car. They will leave you upside down. It is a horrible feeling when people rip you off and take advantage of a family. Don't trust the people here. Customer service help really sucks. Mainly speak Spanish and they are hard to understand. Don't buy a car off this lot.

TRi Color auto has charged me three times what my car is worth with 31% interest. I make $350 car payments EVERY TWO WEEKS. For the last three years I thought I was building credit. I went to my bank to try to refinance and I come to find out that Tri Color has NEVER reported my payments to the credit bureau. So now i cant even refinance because there is NO PROOF that I have been paying them.

Tricolor has literally severed my limbs, i bought a USED VERSA and Ive paid close to 30 GRAND. I was young with NO CREDIT, NO CO-SIGNER and a baby. I was desperate for a car so i went with it, they made me believe that I wouldn't be able to buy a car anywhere else. AND I FELL FOR IT!!!

For the last 3 years Ive struggled to make ends meet, literally haven't been able to afford to put food in my refrigerator. I pay tricolor more then MY RENT!!!!

THEY ARE A VILE GREEDY COMPANY THAT MAKES MONEY OFF OF DESPERATE POOR PEOPLE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORSE ENEMY.

Les compre una troca dodge 1500 2011 hace 2 meces y medio esta troca tiene dies dias en reparacion que poque no le encuentran el problema de porque la troca no prende en las mananas sinseramente es el peor contrato que e hecho en mi vida,nadamas poque firme un contrato con ellos no les dejo el yonke que me vendieron si alguien sabe d algun abogado que me ayude a salir de este error se los agradeseria mucho.Tricolor rateros.

You see a car online and their cars are spread out everywhere. You go ask the price of the car how long they will finance or what interest rates they go out and you get the run a round. This type of dealership is one for people who don't know how to buy a car. Myself ran into a little bad financial troubles but that doesn't mean I am not educated. They say they go off of a 7 point scale to determine your interest rate well, what are the 7 categories? Deer in headlights look. They have a 2004 vehicle with 125k miles on it a $12k car for $18000 with 23% interest anyone with common sense knows that is a RIP off. Like I said u want to be taken advantage of and you don't have common sense buy a car from them.....

En el 2013, compre una suv , en primero cuando hicimos el trato yo les adverti Que mis psgos tenian que ser mensuales, pero cuando ibamos a firmar mire que decia que mis pagos serian biweekly algo que les hice notar a lo cual ellos medijeron no se preocupe simplemente de el pago doble cada mes y estara bien . Y haci lo hice pues desde el primer dia me llamaban que mi pago estaba tarde y asi pase como 6 meses hasta Que hable con la corporation y al final tuve que pagar mas de lo que previamente me habian dicho por que mensualmente seria mas alto el pago. Bueno como ya estaba metido pues tuve que pagar $577 mensuales por un carro del 2010. Ni siquiera por uno nuevo. Ellos dicen que estan para ayudar a la Raza pero en realidad estan para joder la Raza. Me arruinaron mi vida por un tiempo . Asi que no vayan con esos Tricolor por que se los van a joder. Despues no digan que no sabian . Toda esa raza.

this is the worst place to go buy a car. the so called "salesman" was a total jerk. he had no manners what so ever. when i asked him to give me the price of the car i was interested in he kept saying he couldn't give it to me if i didn't have the money necessary and the info to process . the "salesman" kept repeating that i was a waste of time for him and the business and that he got payed by commission so if i wasn't going to buy anything that i should just leave. i had never felt so much anger. this place is not recommended for anyone unless you like bad service and rude salesmen!!!!!!!!!

This company sucks so bad they say they help thats all bull all they do is see for their benefit they dont care ab out their customers ....dont go there people there are other places much better than these place...is not even worth it to think about going there....>:/

They do not deserve any stars.I do not reccommend this company to no one!!! They cheat you if you have little or no credit. They do not report to all three credit scores like they say they do. I have spoken to corporate and the tricolor that sold me my vehilcle and they both tell me two different stories. I love my car but the car was junk when I bought it. Repairs had to be done to it when bought. I warn everyone do not finance a car from here. Especially if you have a social!!!!
