I wanted to start by telling anyone that goes to this tortilleria to be very cautious with the meat they buy carnitas, barbacoa etc. THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! On Sat 11/8/14 i bought there meat and found a dead roach. When trying to get a hold of them the lady that answer the phone was rude and did not give me the name of the person in charge she hung up the phone and after many attepts i called the location in Singlenton i was able to speak to the Manager who by the way was very professional and was going to address the issue. My rating is poor for this location due to roach infestation and horrible customer service.



This place really need to be inspected for the safety of any customer.







Quiero empezar por decir a cualquiera persona que compre carnitas, barbacoa en este lugar que tenga precaucion. TIENEN CUCARACHOS!!! Sabado(11/8/14) compre carnitas y habia un cucaracho muerto. Trate de comunicarme con la persona a cargo, finalmente al comunicarme con alguien la senorita que contesto fue grocera y nada profecional, al preguntarle por el nombre de la persona a cargo me colgo el telefono. Despues de intentar varias veces de comunicarme con ellos decidi hablar a la localizacion que tienen en Singlenton, la encargada se porto muy profesional y me aseguro que iba hablar con los encargados.



La clasificacion que les di es baja debido a infestacion de cucarachos y la actitud grocera hacia el cliente.



Este lugar tiene que ser inspeccionado para la salud y seguridad del cliente.
