I witnessed a customer being treated in a very bad way. She had told the beautician she wanted her hair blond and showed her a picture...The lady came in with a medium ash brown hair. She went out three hours later with medium brown, reds and brass tones, totally devastated. The manager did not offer to do anything for her at all....She asked to have her hair blow dried so that she would not have to go out wet with the brassy look, and they told her she had to book that in order to get it done.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....DO NOT GO THERE...THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...There were other beauticians standing around watching, not offering any help at all.....I would have died if it were myself.
