I was shown the apartment in A...

I was shown the apartment in August. The apartment provided as my rental was not the quality of the one shown. At first, my two biggest issues was that the air unit did not work correctly and roaches. It took 14 days to have the unit fixed. It is now January and I am still having a problem with infestation .



The management at both the resident and corporate level has changed. After the third person dealing with this issue- I was told the people behind me were hoarders and it would take months to clear the problem so the would move me to a different unit. Then the new management is now saying they will not move me but are going to work on cleaning the nearby unit.



The security gate is often broken or not closed. There is no longer security presence seen on the grounds and crime is an issue - to the point that Pizza Hut will not even deliver.



The advertisement is false- the hot tub hasn't worked since I moved in



I am a single mother and at the moment cannot afford the lawyers contacted - but am looking for one to take the



Maintaince does not respond in the evening.
