i've waited over a year to write this, and i hope at LEAST one person reads it and heeds my warning. simply stated DON'T DO IT! if you can move anywhere but a roach infested, crime ridden, crooked apartment complex, do it! there was only one pro to living there: it's cheap. the cons were beyond numerous: i had roaches THE DAY I GOT MY KEYS, that despite their "treatments" i never got rid of. the area is surrounded by other slummy apartments, so crime was high. my car was broken into for nothing more than audio cables and costume jewelry! and the management was the worst; the changed regimes about half way through my lease. the first manager couldn't be bothered to do anything you asked her. the second one was worse though. she is extremely nosey and pulled every stunt she could to find out what people had in their apartments. on top of that, she made up some fictional electric bill to screw me out of part of my deposit. i will be honest and say i was not the perfect tenent on some things, but lying to keep my money is unexceptable. i was glad to see so many people moving out before i left, i hope the managing company (who neither manager would EVER give you contact information for) realize what a menace ms mata is and fire her. all in all, if you'd like any comfort or quality of living in your apartment home, pass right by Timber Rock apartments, flip them the bird and KEEP MOVING!
