I cannot speak to this company's work, but I can tell you one thing: unprofessionalism can take place in many forms. I was driving on 635 in North Dallas during rush hour at the end of last week. In front of me were three vehicles, the furthest being a truck I would learn was from Mountain Stone Supply. I was about to take my exit when I lifted my sun visor and saw a projectile coming straight at my window from directly in front of me. The rock looked to be able baseball size, but the sound when it it my car was deafening. I was scared to death, but thankfully unharmed. I thought I had made it out clear, until I hear whistling from above. The rock had shattered my sun roof and even knocked out a chunk of glass. I caught up to the truck and saw it was Mountain Stone Supply. I called the company to let it know what had happened, and despite Fabiola or one of the other women working there consoling me over the phone because I was so startled, they immediately tried to absolve themselves of liability. They disagreed with my recollection of the size of the rock. They asked me if I had retrieved the rock from the highway (despite it being rush hour on a major highway). They asked for photos, which I supplied. They asked me if I filed a police report, which is not required for damage less than $1,500. They asked me if I had filed with my insurance. Then radio silence. Mountain Stone Supply will not communicate with me. It refused to right this wrong. I hope you take a moment before you hire this company to do work for you. Its trustworthiness is lacking and when you know a company cuts corners is one place, they cut corners with other places.
