Imagine yourself a homeless bum on the street asking Donald Trump for a buck. I'm a disabled combat vet/first time home buyer attempting to buy a home using the VA benefits I bled for in 2 wars. Fannie Mae/ The Collins company should be ashamed to be associated or to have employed such an unprofessional, verbally combative, and uncooperative individual as Cassandra Elder. I'm appalled by the treatment I have received and would NEVER recommend her services to anybody. I feel truly sorry for anyone who has to deal with her in any way, shape, or form.
