Incompetent Staff and Management!!

My friend and I sat at the bar, we were waited on by Emily V. When the check came, instead of asking if we wanted 2 separate checks or 1, she ran my card for the FULL amount. This is NOT what we wanted, she acted like this wasn't a problem and separated the charges then ran the card again for that amount. Problem is when I checked my checking account online, funds had been placed on hold for the entire amount AND the charges I incurred. When I contacted "Grand Lux" and spoke to the manager, she assured me that it was simply on "hold" and that it would drop off in 24-48 hours. Well, it DID NOT. The entire amount in fact posted to my account- I was charged 2 and half times what I consumed that day. I am now having my bank's FRAUD Department investigate this to get my money back. If you go- pay cash b/c any discrepancy in the billing with an account involved will only be an unnecessary and unwelcomed headache.
