I recently went to a wedding that texpertz was photographing and the main lady photographer which is the owner was extremely rude to numerous guests and had no smile on her face. A vendor who is photographing a family's happy moment should have some social skills. She was yelling at older gentlemen that were trying to congratulate the new couple and had a scorned look on her face if someone stopped for more than 10 seconds to talk to the bride and groom. I personally took my 2 yr old by the stage to show him his aunt and uncle as the bride and groom and was yelled at by her at the top of her lungs. No one deserves to be yelled at especially if you are a guest of the family. She has no regards for the bride and groom and repeatedly was rolling her eyes if more than one shot per family was asked of her. This is an extremely unprofessional and tactless photographer and if she is this rude to her customer's guests I can only imagine how she is after she is paid by bride and groom. I would never recommend her to anyone as a wedding photographer. Beware and steer clear of this rude and unfriendly vendor.



Texpertz is not only unprofessional but outright rude and tactless.

We decided to go with Texpertz/Munaza for our Garba/Pithi/Wedding/Reception photography/videography. We are kicking ourselves right now for not reading Yelp reviewed prior to singing the contract with her company.



We got married on July 27th, 2012 and we still do not have our final video. Her contract specifically stated you'll get all of the deliverable 12 weeks after the event and we are running on 12 months now. It's hard to reach her on her phone and she it takes weeks to get a reply back from her via email. Once you pay her in full, her priorities completely realign to the next project and you become secondary.



All in all, her photography is good but her video editor definitely needs to go back to school. The worst part is, she won't let her clients work directly with her editor and any suggestions you expect her to relay to her editor never gets incorporated into the product. At this point, we have given up and will edit the video ourselves and will be filing a complaint with BBB.



Some of the excuses we got from her in the past 12 months:

- My friend is ill so i was taking care of her

- My editor ran away

- I went back home

- I have emergency and have to go out of town

- I am out of town on another project so I won't be able to mail you your edits until next week.

- You are too demanding so my editor won't be able to accommodate this (before the wedding, she indicated this particular edit was possible).
