Wow! What an amazing experience! Never ever have I bought a car that was hassle free! First time I have ever bought a car and paid for it before even taking a look at it in person..that's how much I trusted Dominick! Texas Import Sales will definitely be seeing me again. Love this BMW 325xi! Would have paid thousands more anywhere else! Just picked it up from the BMW dealership for a service and check out. It's in perfect shape! Thanks again Dominick and Texas Import Sales! I will be recommending you all to everyone in the Fort Hood TX area!

I don't even begin to know where to start. I purchased a 2008 BMW 750 Li for Texas Import Sales. I worked with Dominick (The sales manager) who ensured me that the car was in great shape and ran well. I purchased the vehicle when it was delivered there were MULTIPLE deficiencies.



1) A wheel was bent

2) There stereo system did not work

3) The hydraulic struts that hold open the hood were broke

4) It was 1,600 miles overdue for an oil change

5) The electronic locking system was broke

6) Missing one of the keys



I was told by Dominick to take the car to my local BMW dealership to have things repaired. When he got the bill, he said that he was only going to pay $1,200 of the bill (less than a third of the total bill). When I told him that was unacceptable, he continuously called me a moron, and he said I could ship the car back. (after I already paid to have it shipped to my house).



I will happily provide any of the paperwork from BMW in its original PDF form if anyone would like to see what Texas Import Sales Considers "Excellent condition, inside and out."



Stay away if you know whats best... I was deploying in the days after I purchased the car, and Dominick kept delaying calling the dealership hoping I would eventually leave him alone.

If he will rip off a solider as he is deploying, God knows what they will do to you.

It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle from a car dealership other than Carmax. I had grown weary of the games, negotiations, and pressures faced at car dealerships. I decided to purchase a specific model of Range Rover that only Texas Import Sales had in my area. I was a little hesitant at first but, Ms. April Christian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very honest and accommodating of my situation as I am currently overseas. She was even able to get me a financing deal that was far better than what my own bank was able to do. If I am ever in the market for another high end vehicle, Texas Import Sales would definitely be at the top of my list for doing business with again. Many thanks to Ms. Christian for her patience and diligence throughout the buying process!!

Found a 2014 E350 online, and I called the dealership and April helped me out. She answered all my questions and worked with my banker in order for me to line up the financing since I'm out of state. I drove in and April honored the trade value she had given me sight unseen, and the Mercedes was practically brand new. It did not have one option that was advertised, but she made it right. Highly recommend Texas Imports and April.

She made the process very simple and went above and beyond her role as a sales person to make sure my buying experience was top notch by assuring the service and any issues with the car was taken care of before i arrived in Dallas. I must say this dealership is top notch. My first time I just browsed their inventory, and April greeted me and was very helpful. I decided to stop by when I was ready to buy to see what they had, and a couple of hours later I left with my new 2013 Lexus GS. They beat my previous rate by 3%, and they gave me a fair trade value for my car. April was fantastic.

Purchased my Porsche 911 from April last week. It was a very pleasant experience. Before the photos were online I contacted her regarding the vehicle, and she immediately texted over tons of pictures and a description of the Porsche. We went in and test drove the car, and it was exactly as described, flawless. April was professional and easy to work with. There was no haggling and games, and we shook hands on a deal and I wrote a check and shortly after had the car picked up fully detailed. I would not recommend anywhere or anyone else to buy a luxury car from.

My husband filled out paperwork to buy a used Corvette and paid a $500 deposit. He was told that if the sale did not go through for any reason that he would receive his deposit back. He later found out that the financing terms were unacceptable so he decided not to buy the car. This company refused to return the deposit. A couple of months after receiving a letter from our attorney they called my husband and offered to refund half of the deposit which my husband refused because he wanted it all back. We have heard nothing from them since so we will have to pursue further legal recourse.
