We paid a significant amount of money to this company in March 2013 for a pool and deck remodel. It is May 17 2013, we have not used the pool at all, and we have had three problems with this work. Right now we are paying an electrician to fix the pool light, as we have a party tomorrow to show off our remodeled back yard, and the light does not work. The Company has not returned two calls from my husband. The work may have been fine initially, but the after-the-sale service is lacking. Also they did not give us all of the paperwork until after the work had been done. Some of the details did not match what my husband understood before the work was done. If you hire them, be sure you understand all the terms before the work is done, and get other quotes. We usually do but did not in this case because of the BBB rating.
