I was Amazed at the selection of cars to choose from. I am very satisfied with the my car! customer service and their attentiveness to making me very satisfied. I would refer anyone in need of a car to him and this dealership!!!!

Given the urgency of me needing a car, the sales person was able to put me in a car that i was comfortable in and a price that i didn't break the bank. Car was clean and experience was great.

We bought our car last month and our experience was great! Rose is a very good sales man and had a lot of patience with us! A manager as well, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name right now. they both did everything to help us to achieve our goal of purchasing the car, in conditions that were affordable for us. They were such a blessing in our lives.
For sure our next purchases will be there again.

Well worth the drive! We used their site to locate a couple of vehicles we were interested in before driving down. Once there, we were impressed with the size and feel of the facilities: open, and inviting. The staff was accommodating, Easy-going and helpful, and patient while we checked out our two candidates. We got the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price through a smooth purchase process. all-in, which is far less than I've spent at more traditional dealerships.

I just recently stopped by at this lot to look at some cars. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. If you are looking for a dealer that goes out of their way to satisfy and give you the best deal possible, then look no further! I had been to several dealers and was about to give up on finding what I wanted in my price range. This by far has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

I would give them 10 star if I could. very honest people with my 80 years old father. we purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze 2 month ago very nice and reliable. very nice people and helpful respected me and my dad very well. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

So far so good with the car. I do recommend this place for other people they have some nice cars for sale with very good price, The one we bought last week 2009 dodge Caliber is very good no issue.

Called and talked to Felipe. Went and test drove a few cars. Now REMEMBER, the majority of these cars are bought at Auction. At Auction, they are not allowed to test drive. They can start them, and visually check. NO PRESALE INSPECTION. Knowing that, I test drove a couple cars and decided on one I liked. Did NOT buy that day. Went and shopped around some more and returned several days later. Test drove car again. Got down under it, into it. Looked for leaks, damages etc. NOTHING. Bought car. Met Simon (owner). On my way home from Dallas to Carrollton the transmission started acting up. Apparently once it got up to temp it started lurching pretty badly. Called Simon. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and they close at 6. He had 5000.00 of my money. He told me to bring it back, he would wait.
Upon my return, Simon met me in the parking lot. Was very apologetic. Had my money in his hand. He was TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. Explained that sometimes they miss things. He offered my to look at other cars. HE EVEN OFFERED ME TO TAKE ONE HOME FOR SEVERAL DAYS to see if I like it, and if so, then buy it.
This guy EARNED the right to get my business.

We purchased a Passat yesterday from Felipe and I must say, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Felipe was patient and knowledgeable. He was very attentive but not pushy. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable with him.

If you are considering a VW, I would highly recommend paying Felipe a visit. The rest of the staff that we dealt with was great too but Felipe just made for a wonderful experience.

Great experience at this dealership. My doughter bought a car from them with great price. 2010 Volkswagen CC awesome car with zero problem it has couple of scratches but nothing serious I understand it's a used car. Overall we are super happy we dealt with this dealership people out there are very nice and helpful. Good job guys and good luck to everyone who shops for a used car.
