DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My sister made a reservation with them for a late flight arrival. When she got into the airport, they didn't show up. When she called to find out where the cab was, they told her it was too far for them to come and to get another cab. They should not have accepted a reservation if they couldn't make it. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. Thank God my sister got Dallas YELLOW CAB. I'd rate them Zero if I could

Incredibly rude. Tried to flag down another car and tell them off while driving. Would give zero stars if possible. Do not use this service.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The driver didn't know where I was going despite repeating it each time he asked. He went the wrong direction from DFW and kept me IN the cab for over an hour and 20 minutes. The trip should have been 20 minutes. He charged me $97 dollars to the Fort Worth Business District despite the sticker on the window stating it should have been $47. He would not reduce it and wouldn't stop when I saw the address. He wanted to drive around the loop (it was one way) to get me BACK to the office. I opened the door and insisted he stop so I could walk 200 yards back to the office. He said it was too hot. I have video of him going 40 mph on a 60 mph highway with people honking because he was in the left hand lane. He stopped in the divide between the highway and the exit ramp to get out his GPS and plug in the address after an hour! He cut across two lanes to make an exit and I had the wrath of a semi horn as it flew by while he was partway in the exit ramp. Still battling this one out with the cab company!

The driver and the service was excellent!

Do not call this cab service. I have tried this service twice hoping that the first failure was just a bad night for the cab driver. After the second attempt to use this service I realize that this is a phony company. After being quoted a 25 minute wait and waiting an hour, I called the company back. They didn't answer. I received a call from the "dispatcher" informing me that the cab was 7 minutes away. After 20 minutes, I called the cab company for my cab's location and the same dispatcher answered the phone. It seems that this is a one man show- not a legit cab service. The cab driver called me several minutes later and was incapable of speaking English. It wasn't a bad accent, it was another language. He seemed to find it humorous that I did not understand him. This was the most un professional experience I have ever had trying to get a cab. You are better off with Cowboy or Yellow cab!! Don't waste your time with this "company"

The driver was friendly and the rates were the lowest in town. I felt safe using Texas Cab then other taxi services.
