I was told by 2 other shops that an O2 sensor was bad. They inspected it and found it was the wiring. They took time to look����

Simply put they stripped my Oil Drain Plug and told me I have to purchase another or it will leak. $10.00 for a new one that they stripped. Terrible service, and communication. Also I got full service and they did not check cabin filter I know because I need one and wanted them to change it. I've had my oil changed at many 10 minute establishments before none this bad.

I took my car for normal routine oil change. I requested full service. I always request it to make sure my car is properly maintained. After about 20 minutes I see a tech jumping my 2012 maxima battery. That was strange. I asked the tech was there something wrong with my battery. He said no just corrosion. I asked him to check battery and he said it was fine...just pore coke to clean off the corrosion. I drive home. Car wouldn't start. Foolishly I pored coke to clean corrosion. Car still didn't crank. A closer inspection of the battery by me, non mechanic, showed the battery was totally empty and acid spilling. 150 dollars of labor later to replace battery in my garage I realized how bad the service was. A good mechanic would have saw the obvious problem and replaced the battery. I could have been stranded or caused a major accident. Don't recommend for your safety.
