I bought some lighting from Techlight through my electrician. The product is poorly engineered and the bulbs are almost impossible to find on the market. The lenses have no retainer to hold them in place while replacing or maintaining the fixtures making for an extremely frustrating process. Their literature says that these lights " The TLLVSLD Step Light is unobtrusive and functional. Step Lights can be integrated into almost any recessed application. Light stairs, railings,congregating areas, planters, paths, or even a home theater room". They were so bright that I had to buy all new bulbs and use dark film on the lense to tone the light down. There is no way that you could put them in a Home Theater! I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and multiple individuals there but no one will respond. I am sorry that these fixtures are now embedded in my concrete steps and that Tech Light provides no customer service.
