I bought a car 8 months ago with this company I had a great experience all the sales associates were very friendly they worked with my down payments been having problems lost my job they worked with me been very patient will recommend them they have very nice cars

I got my car in December 2014 everything was great until ALBERT the "owner* started to harrass me over text message stating to help me with payments if I helped him with his feelings and if I cave him what he wanted!!!! I have all messages to prove this. Today during lunch I walked outside and my car was gone. Come to find out his wife towed my car herself. I tried to explain to her that he was constantly texting me but she wouldn't listen.so now I'm taking them to court cause this is illegal what they are both doing to me.

Change of attitude

I really liked this place when first purchasing the car but I'm starting to have a change of heart. When your there they tell you we need to be on the same page, and that's wonderful but after getting the car clear that the only page they want you on is THEIRS. I like to call ahead of time to let the dealer know if I'm going to be late because my pay dates fall only 2 days after the due date but their not willing to accept the payment without a late fee or negotiate changing to payment due date by a mere two days so I wouldn't have to pay late.... It's clear that the extra 25$ late fee is what's on their mind not working with the customer. I even offered to pay the extra week ahead to move the date. It's ok though. I'm saving an extra 200$ the pay period before to get it regular for me. BE SURE whatever you want done you put it in the contract because they are NOT willing to work with you REGARDLESS of what they say to make the sale. Also it's not excuse to be rude when calling, but when you show up in person it's a whole other story. Whatever happened to customer service. To me ID rather keep a good customer than lose one. They tried to tell me that some other man kept switching jobs and they had problems with him, but that man is NOT ME. And I shouldn't have to unfairly compared to him when I don't even know or associate with whomever they are talking about. Once I pay this vehicle off IM NOT coming back. Nor will I refer anyone to this place. Keep the attitude you had making the sale, at least while you're still an active customer I wouldn't have paid 2300$ down to get a car I didn't want. Lacking communication that's all. I found a solution to my problem though so I'm happy, but not because of then.
