Provided by YP.comVery slow processing for new donors. I came in on Saturday at 8:30a and never got called up to begin the process at all, or even updated on the status. I left at 12p. They would process all previous donors and ignore new donors. My opinion is if they are going to have people wait for 3-4 hours and be there all day, at least have vending machines & magazines while people wait. It's still customer service, and those employees need to learn that. I will never go to this particular Talecris again.
