Bought a new Z3 that came with hairline crack. Returned 2 days later. Salesperson had to call the manager over who told the salesperson to tell me (too good to talk to me directly even though I am standing right there) that the phone has been dropped. They could have turn this in to Sony for credit but have a short term view, here. Will not recommend this store or T-Mobile.
