Thomas L. Marsalis Elementary School has an enrollment of approximately 600 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. The school offers before- and after-school child care and gifted and talented education programs. It provides membership options for a student council and math and girls clubs. Thomas L. Marsalis Elementary School s parent-teacher association sponsors several fundraising events and welfare programs. The school s curriculum features math, science, social studies, physical education, English and language arts. Worst school EVER!!

Never have I seen a school like this. Where the kids separated the way they are, kids can't take books home, no behavior report each day, you can't attend field trips(they have to many), the teacher is late so the kids stand outside the door and wait, you can't change your child class and the teacher disrespect you in front of the class! The school security is low and anyone can walk in!! This is NOT the school for my child!!
