Rude employee- this company is extremely RUDE! No response! From voice mail or email! I have no idea how they keep such rude people on pay roll! I would like to have the owner or CEO contact me . I pay my dues on time! I would like another company to take over management over Trinity Forest! ( 9254 Forest Lane) I have sent 2 email call 2x no reply. The response that I got from the " rep" oh I did what I was suppose to do on my end! Rude rude rude! Y

There are awful. I have tried to get a budget from them numerous times and never get a response. BTW that is a against the law.

This company fines its residents for little every thing.

But when it comes time to enjoy ammenties of the property like the swimming pools on a hot summer day they have the pools locked and not once do they allow the residents to enjoy the pool. If you dont believe take a ride to 9520 Royal Lane you'll find locks on all the gates. But everyday they send someone out to clean the pool!!!! Whats the point if you're not going to let anyone swim in it?!
