This place is ghetto city! There is nothing but low life minorities living here. These people are the epitomy of what welfare / food stamp families live like. Its seems that this place became a complex that housed katrina refugees and it never recovered. All you see is ghetto black families and their million kids running rampent and screaming at all times. Loud arguing and cussing day and night. If you are a white person that is used to living respectfully and not being subjected to ghetto living and trashy minority families, please look for a different property. Unfortunately I did not have much time when moving and this place was in the right area and had an availability. I wish I would have had time to look elsewhere.

I'm surrounded by black families that yell and slam doors and play their loud bass thumping music every day. They are always yelling at their 10 walfare babies and cooking some disgusting, stinky fried food. There are teenage minority kids that are nothing but rude and make sexual remarks towards me when I walk my dog. The apartment is terribly old. All of my cabinets are in horrifying condition and are rotting and warped, supposedly they will be fixed... however I will not settle for anything but replacing them all. The closet doors are all on wrong and coming off the tracks. There are very poorly patched areas on the walls, my front door is covered in dents and the walk ways are dirty and always have cigarette butts litered everywhere.

My entire apartment rattles every time one of my inconsiderate, degenerate minority neighbors slams their door. When you come home you will be welcomed in by the sight of many many black and some mexican low life residents out on their patios drinking alcohol and smoking while their many children run around peoples' cars and scream their heads off and fight. Also watch where you walk... there is always mounds of dog crap on the grounds. Don't be surprised at the sight of the ghetto low riding cars driving through the complex blasting rap while the black people in them smoke pot and yell sexual remarks at you. The office staff--while nice most of the time, do not care about all of the above issues and unless you provide proof.. they just blow you off and say its "apartment living".

Everytime I go the office / common room area to use the "gym" or pick up a package, ect.... there is a young black guy sitting in there to use the wifi and he stares at me and makes unnerving facial expressions at me. So I don't feel comfortable in there and I've brought this up to the staff and he is still there every day.

All in all I believe that prior to this management company -- this property accepted section 8 or some types of government housing assistance. Its very obvious by seeing the derelict families that have overrun this place. Its like living in a katrina refugee camp. Common people, Katrina happened 10yrs ago. Get it together. If you do spot the rare caucasion person, they are unsavory as well... white trash, scum of the earth, burn out type of person.

Maintinance has entered my home while I was asleep and started working. I woke up to him in my apt, my front door open and him smoking right outside the door. It was terrible!

The cops are here daily for domestic disputes or whatnot. Its not at all what I would ever have signed up for had I known what this place was like. Its unbelievable. Please, unless you are used to living among degenerate minorities and in a run down apt, look elsewhere!
