After 13 years , wow that says something right there, 13 years a long time but it was because of the staff at Sun Colony and the prompt maintenance service we received that made the place a home for our family . After raising two little ones and seeing them off to college it was finally time to move on but I want to thank the management and staff at Sun Colony for helping make our experience a great one at Sun Colony.

Am tired of people bashing this property...this is the best most taken care of property I have ever lived in!!!!the landscape is beautiful and the property is well maintained.......

Well, they apparently got rid of the only thing that has kept me at Sun Colony. The manager, Jacque has successfully run off the best manager that has ever been at Sun Colony. She has to be the worst excuse of a manager I have ever seen. She is two faced and lies about everything. I have seen her bold face lie to residents and when they leave her presence she bad mouths them and the work or repairs she promised never gets done. Its amazing that btwn her caddyness and her flirting and making sexual innuendos with the head maintenance man in public that she has successfully kept her job and ran off, err I mean fired Jason. He will be missed and as soon as my lease is up. I am outta this dump....
