            Hello my name is Susan, I am a local woman trying to establish clientele in your area. I have 10 years experience in the Make Ready Services. This primarily was in the area of cleaning and readying properties for rental or sale. I also provided house cleaning, reflective curb address painting, interior & exterior painting ( all performed by hand  ), as well as any yard work needed. i.e. mowing , tree & hedge trimming , flower gardening, you name it . Just about any kind of property upkeep or improvement.  Sometime  owners like to be more involved and just need some extra hands, which is okay with me.
