Watching London has Fallen turned into Studio Movie Grill has Fallen! Tonight at the 6:45 PM showing at Royal and Central my movie experience was ruined. I was very disappointed with the handling of boisterous patrons. The wait staff said nothing. Then during the movie, I went and asked for a manager. Vishnu, told a couple to be quiet and then he left. I complained again after the movie and asked for movie vouchers to perhaps rewatch the movie at another time. I was told no. In addition to Vishnu, Michael Harvel and Steve Gregg were not empathetic to my ruined movie experience.

Just when I thought studio movie grill couldn't get anymore ridiculous, they proved me wrong! You now can't redeem your groupon voucher on Friday or Saturday nights after 5:00 PM. If you like overpriced microwaveable food, horrible service, and invading the space of the couple next to you (the seats are right on top of each other) then you've come to the right place! I absolutely hate this place. All the locations are horrible. Food is horrible. Spend a little more and go to the AMC suites!! So worth it!!
