I booked an apt to get my already beautiful ombré touched up. She said she was going to leave the bleach on for 15 mins. 20 mins later, I reminded her of the time (she was trying to manage 2 clients at once) and she told me I was fine. 2 hours later she was applying color to my roots- with the bleach still in!!!! Just total that for you, I had bleach on my hair for 2.5 hours! I should have just left. By the time she rinsed me my hair was white and falling apart like a dried up rubber band. When I asked her about it, she said it was normal... The owner even agreed with her!! She brushed, not combed my wet over processed hair, and then blow dried, continuously reassuring me, as I cried in the chair. The owner the said she was going to "texturize my hair" which meant she was going to cut out all the blonde that they had just put in.This however, has not stopped it from falling out!! They immediately asked for my credit card, and then shoved me out the door at 11:20 pm. I called the next day to say my hair was still falling out and to ask for a refund- denied!!! A partial refund to pay for my hair to be fixed- denied!! She said that all blonde hair has breakage and we all shed. I will be telling everyone I know to not go near this salon- or ANY of the stylist in it! If you want to se pictures of the "art" they did on my hair I will be happy to share as warning.

This place is amazing, the mood is relaxing, the music is upbeat, and the overall vibe of the place is hip! As far as the service goes, i'd have to give them 2 thumbs up, Mariam...has done my hair numerous times and both times i was 100% satisfied!!!

I HIGHLY recommend going here to get yourself taken care of...these people are awesome!
