To be honest, I was a little doubtful about buying a car that i haven't seen in person. April Christian gave me a very good deal for a Bentley Continental GT. She explained to me every detail that i needed to know about the car and i was also informed of how the car will be sent to me since i don't want to drive the car from Texas all the way to New Jersey. She was very helpful. She always picks up my call and replies to my emails immediately whenever i had questions about the deal. I would say that my overall experience with this company from their inventory to deals and delivery has been excellent and I would definitely refer Straight Line Automotive to my friends and everyone i know that's looking to buy great cars!

I got my new CLK63 from Straight Line and love it. I mean absolutely love it. April was the best. She was so patient with my husband and I since we couldn't make a decision.

Recently purchased my escalade from April at straightline Auto and let me say my overall experience was great. Couldn't have asked for a more fair and realistic experience. I read some of the poor reviews and sounds like some people have unrealistic expectations. At the end of the day it is a business and we the consumer want the best deal so there must be so sort of compromise which is exactly what I feel I got. Very fair numbers on my trade and below market price on their car. Not to mention a very polite and knowledgeable salesperson. I WILL be purchasing my wife's car from there in the near future.

April helped me in purchasing a Maserati GT for my husband who was deployed. She made my experience so stress free. Car was shipped to me in perfect condition in enough time to surprise my hubby.

April was amazing. We purchased a new car for our daughter, and she helped us with everything my bank needed before we drove 2 hours down there. The car was ready, and she had us out of there in a timely manner. The car was great.

Avoid this dealership like the plague. They are dishonest, inconsiderate thieves....!!! The small print on their contracts and terms/conditions essentially tells you they are allowed to lie about their cars, and you are not to "rely" on anything you are told about the car. If you make the mistake of sending them a deposit on a car, don't expect to get it back. They will tell you that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The car I was attempting to buy was loaded with damage, and all they would tell me is that it was being sold "AS IS". Straight Line Automotive Group is a perfect example of why dealers of the autotrade enjoy such a deplorable reputation. These people will steal you blind and give you nothing in return.

Don't go, pay extra and buy from dealer, better customer service, my Benz its been in the dealer 1000 times now,thank God its under warranty, but I'm desperate selling the lemon they sold me..

My husband and I purchased an Expedtion from Straightline, and April was so helpful. We traded in our Escalade, and she gave us fair numbers on both. I was so happy the car was as nice in person as the pics when I drove 3 hours to pick it up.

Sad excuse for a dealership...Sold me absolute lemon.



I purchased a used BMW M5 from straight line auto a while ago and never got around to writing a review. The car was received it via shipping co. on Thurs. in Atl. Ga. The following day the check engine light came on. Over the past Yr. I've had to replace many many parts to make it run correctly. It would not pass inspection here in Ga. The main concern before I got the car was it's ability to pass here in Ga. Unfortunately, they sold me a BM'er with secondary air Injection System issue and ended up costing me thousands to get back to proper condition. Mafs were bad, O2 sensors shot and the ABS DSC module also gave out on me later...another $1000 hit .Beware of hidden problems/ they will erase the check engine light and it will not turn back on for several hunderd miles.



The used car salesman mislead/lied to me when he said the car was in excellent shape...He also told me that the cars previous owner wasy a BMW master TEch. That's TOTAL BS!!!



Scammers at their best. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!

Trust me when I tell you that this is the absolute WORST dealership to purchase from. They are great when they want to make a sale but after that they could care less. I have been trying to get my car registered for 2 months. They are telling me at the dealership that I don't need the title (so the salesperson says.) Trying to get in touch with a manager or someone in finance has proved unsuccessful. When you call, they transfer you to a dealership. The very rude receptionist's comment about never getting in touch with anyone was "well this is a dealership, we are helping other customers."

Great experience and a wonderful selection of cars. I found a CL63 on their website and drove Dallas on the 24th to test drive. My jaw hit the ground when I saw the warehouse. Really amazing selection on cars. After a few walk-arounds and another test drive I decided on a 750i. Wonderful experience with the sales staff and owner as well. Worth a visit if you're looking for used mercedes, or in the market for anything used really. All prices are on their iphone app as well. 5 Stars
