Southwest is a very reliable company and our city has been able to rely on them for our every need. We went to them to bill out our ambulance services and they have ultimately turned our collections around. They do an excellent job and completely blew my mind with the results they have produced just within a matter of two months of having our billing. We were only collecting 35% of what they are collecting in a month. I would recommend Southwest General Services to any ambulance provider that needs an increase in their collections for ambulance services. Southwest has delivered to us a 65% increase in our collections monthly. For the better of our city, it was defiantly one of our best moves our city has made into resolving our budget issues.
