Car Extortion! I saw this pm the worst acting by a car wash manager that I have ever seen. The car wash was understaffed and it was taking more than an hour for us to get our cars. One customer got into a big argument with the manager and the customer said he was going to write a bad review. The manager said the angry customer would not get his car back unless he promised not to write a bad review. The manager said he had the customers name and the customer did not know who he was messing with. WOW!!
