I've been a longtime and loyal Smile customer for over 6 years, and today, Oct. 26 Wed., was my first unhappy experience there. In fact, it was a terrible experience. This was around 11:30a.m. in the morning, and I don't know her name but she's about 5'3" and in her 40s. Not bad looking at all. Well, from the get-go she was cold and distant, and both before and after my shower she wouldn't let me touch her anywhere whatsoever, even on her shoulder, and wouldn't even allow me to kiss her. She was mechanical in her duties and almost angry in her demeanor. Every time before this the Smile girls have always been very friendly and user-friendly, but if this is their new policy, I for one will not be back. I left very, very frustrated and unsatisfied.
