I think Slim4Life is the best program out there! I have been going to the Preston Valley Center for 20 weeks and I have lost 77.2 lbs.! Jeanie, Donna, Delia and the rest of the counselors are so wonderful. They have been really helpful with suggestions on cooking, where to get the food and have been so encouraging to me. Ive always been a chicken girl but now Im branching out with all kinds of fish dishes. Im never starving since I seem to be eating constantly! I have a back problem and losing weight has helped so much. My physical therapist and back doctor were amazed at my progress. My doctor has taken me off my 2 blood pressure pills (Lisinopril). Losing weight has also lowered my blood sugar levels to the safe zone again and Im no longer taking major pain pills for my back. My back doctor told me that I dont need surgery now that Ive lost weight! I have so much more energy now! Im 53 years old and never felt more healthy in my life!
