SKY GROUP IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We were referred to Sky Group by our realtor because we needed a company to manage the lease of our property in Dallas while we were out of town. Unfortunately this one-year experience has been very disappointing for the three parties involved: the realtor, the owners and the tenants.

We have had issues and problems with Sky Group every single month: our payments were always received 1-2 weeks late and we always had to contact them to remind them that their payment was due to us. We know from the tenants (excellent tenants by the way) that they always submitted their payments on time, so they cannot be blamed for this. Also, at the end of several months we would get unexpected repair deductions that were never notified to us in advance, even after we asked them several times to do so. In many occasions we called or emailed Sky Group and never got responses. The situation is very frustrating; now a month has passed since the end of the agreement and the tenants have still not received their security deposit from Sky Group and we, the owners, have still not received the last month’s payment even though Sky Group has told the tenants and us that the checks were mailed about two weeks ago. We never received tracking numbers for the shipments as we were promised, so we are not able to investigate what happened. Our emails and calls remain unanswered. The realtor talked to them many times to help us resolve the issues, but they haven’t done anything of what they promised to him/us. Sky Group is very unprofessional and by making up excuses and lying to us every time we and the tenants communicate with them they are giving the impression that they do not have the money that they owe us.

Sky Group’s website states that their vision is to deliver excellent customer service and results and meet the needs and goals of clients and tenants. This seems to be a bad joke; we have experienced the complete opposite with them: they have provided very bad customer service and results and they have never met our needs and goals. We DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!
