Wow ,, I love this place ,,,, Felt so comfortable with Marie ,,,She really made me feel I was not just another customer ,,,Have been to other places through the years but nobody was as patience- with me ... ( I tend to ask 1000 s questions ) - Thank you also for being honest with what I needed to do and what I could do without ,, great staff very pleased with my results ,I will be back !!! :)

After over drafting a CLOSED acct, twice, SkinSpaMed, Dallas, Texas "gave" me 4 treatments. Today they told me the 2 that I used were considered 2 each, AFTER the fact. They basically wanted to sell me a $299.00 Groupon or cancel my appointment for another Groupon customer.

Very disappointed after being a customer w/many referrals for years. I would NOT have used 4 treatments for 2 small areas with a laser they do not even use now due to LACK OF RESULTS. This should have been explained, and I would not have gone forward.

I had hoped that removing the scars on my face from ovarian cancer would be a possibility. I am so upset that I ever had hope.

They are so busy getting people in and out with their Groupons, the technicians do not stop read the charts (which can be dangerous with lasers) or fully explain the procedures and if this is going to use ALL OF YOUR TREATMENTS at one time.

I am shocked that knowing that laser did not work, and based on the phone call, knowing that I thought I had 2 treatments remaining, that Marie Reyes, owner, has decided that it is what it is and I never had an option.

I have seen NO results for that they consider "FOUR Treatments" at one time

I am disappointed that I sent so many friends as recently as last month.

Marie knows that I did NOT KNOW I was being charged. I only wanted the last treatment for one spot, I was told by "Lisa" I "needed both sides and I asked if that was 2 treatments and I was told YES. NOT
