Nice place to live needs some inprovements but overall its a nice place to live! New Management came in not to longago and it shows they care!!! The Manager there needs to really go I do agree that she is rude to residents and the staff there some what alright. Some of the residents need to leave looks bad for the property but slowly the crime has gone down... They have a security officer in the morning and and night. That's a start but in time it will get better...
Just keep it up and drop the crime overall at night its real peaceful so far...

I just moved to this place but I'm thinking about breaking my contract and leave this miserable place, It's all because of the unprofessional manager running this place,she is a trouble maker and far away from being a manager ,you can't get her respect unless you are a stupid Hispanic like her, take a look at all the reviews that called her a racist ,that's why the majority of residents are Hispanics who don't even speak English ,I've noticed a lot of vacant apartments in this place ,Now I know why people are leaving ,It's just because they can't put up with trouble making management,,,, who ever is thinking about renting in this place ,don't get tempted by the low rent offered ,there is a big reason for that ,read all reviews first ,I wish I did .

My mother and I moved to Sienna Springs last year in June ever since then it's been a nightmare to live in these apartments. As soon as we moved in we expected to go in to a clean apartment it wasn't we had to to tell the office 3 different times to have someone go and clean it up. Later after that we had a family member come and visit and we had a hard time trying to get a visitors pass so that they wouldn't get towed. We had are vehicles towed 2 different times because the office wouldn't cooperate with us to get stickers for our vehicles. We have been stolen from a vehicle of ours and another vehicle stolen from the complex late at night. We've tried to talk with the office to help us with security so we can stop this from happening and all we have been told is they can't do anything about it. They are unprofessional and rude never been greeted with a smile. We are waiting for our lease to end and we will be moving out soon. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in ever!!

This place has turned out to be a nightmare. I currently live here but will be moving soon. Everything is extremely old and their idea of fixing things is to just paint over it. I had mold all in my bathroom and they just laid down new linolium over the old and so of course mold came up thru the seams of that! Management is rude just as others have said and have quite an attitude. On top of that, she won't give you the corporate phone number or even tell you who it is. 3 of my neighbors have been broken into, including myself. The managers arrogance makes her very unapproachable...even when she is clearly wrong about something. Her little position of management has clearly gone to her head. This was to be just a transition place of me to save alittle money and get back on my feet but it is not nearly worth even the reasonable rent that they charge and I can't wait to get out of here. They try to apply all these ridiculous rules to make the property look good (like take your grill in the house) when it is unreasonalable and again ridiculous. I could go on and on...my advise is very much a warning....DON'T MOVE HERE!!

Nice property needs some tlc. The Manager her fat you no what needs to go!!!! No Joke she is rude to residents and needs a attitude adjustment!!! Has family working for her what kind of business is that. Is this some kind of daycare has a son & a nephew working for her what the f%#@ "LOL"



This property needs a better manager that's what it needs.... Not that bad to live here just get her out!!!!

This place is not even livable for your dog, the management company is even more horrible then the property itself. Crime, unsanitary, just plain nasty. I would strongly recommend that no one moves there this place needs to be torn down. I am suprised the safe team has not stepped in.
