My husband and I have been real estate investors for many years and learned of Showhomes about 5 years ago through another investor that used them. I was skeptical of putting someone into a newly remodeled home but after 2 ac units and a dishwasher were stolen by vandals I finally called Emily Rose. She met me at the home and explained the process and shortly after they moved one of their home stagers in. We felt safe to finally replace the 3rd ac unit since the house now was no longer vacant. We were very pleased with the interior staging and the way the couple kept it up. We received a contract in the second month. We have used Showhomes on several of our vacant houses and although not all of them have sold as fast as the first one we have had great success using this service. Thank you Showhomes!

First time using showhomes. I Worked with Mary Peterson. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. Very responsive when needed. They help sell my house in 7 days (after is had been on the market for 62 days with very few offers. I would highly recommend them!!

Excellent services, my house was spotless during the process, very well staged and the furniture was awesome, best experience ever with a staging company.

I have been doing business with Showhomes for several years now and my experience with them has been outstanding. Very professional management and always available. I highly recommend their service. Emily is great :))

Showhomes of America was great. I needed to move quickly becuase my job was relocating me. They took the stress away from me. I knew my house would sell quickly and be well cared for. I would highly recommended them to anyone.

My wife and I were sub-contractors for Showhomes of Dallas Inc for 3 weeks. In those three weeks and in the 3 months following after Showhomes of Dallas has over and again showed that there is distinctive lack of customer service skills. We are drawing close to 100 unanswered phone messages as we seek a simple status update on the return of our retainer and pro-rated rent.



We continue to escalate our efforts to get money that we own returned to us, or even a reason why it hasn't. We are currently pursuing this end through Better Business Bureau, with no results as of yet, but for a better understanding of the problems we and others have encountered, as well as, the attitude and tone of the response given by Showhomes of Dallas inc. I posted my complaint under Showhomes of America, because I believed that to be the businesses name, I have done research that time and found that Showhomes of Dallas inc has no affiliation with Showhomes of America, except that they use the website and the good reputation of that company to fool people into thinking they are legitimate.

I was a Home Manager for over 3yrs, the most part it was a nice expreience until the end. Then 4yrs later I received a call from a collection agency stating i have a past due balance of $132.00, for a carpet cleaning from showhomes; which I had done prior to moving out. I recieved an inspection which I passed and my account was $0.00 due to them keeping all off my deposit which was a pretty nice amount. Finally, out of the clear blue Showrooms came up with alot of miscellaneous charges to cover the whole amount accept $2. Furthermore, I was told by a Ms.Shurts I should be happy because I saved a lot of money using thier program, someone would think I did but not from all of the wear & tear of moving 7 times in 4 years made my expensive furniture junk. Now I have a bad inquiry on my credit which i did pay the balance and a bunch of junk furniture so dont belive the hype about this program
