I have been a good loyal SW customer for 25 years. This place is not representative of SW reputation for being helpful.
Rude. Rude Rude. Save your money and find a good tech. They told me they had to have my machine in order to order a part. All I wanted was a part. When the part came in it 3 weeks later, it was literally twice the price of one I found online PLUS they charged me for "looking" at the machine. I never asked them to look at my machine. A just wanted a part. I sent my son to get the part and machine. He was treated the same way and said several people were needing help while he was there and were being treated treated similarly. They are very discouraging to customers as if they look for reasons not to help instead of answer questions and try to help. The biggest rip off IMO ever. They rommended me replacing perfectly good parts that only need cleaning. Worse than a car salesman.
Will never go back.
