We've heard off and on about the great service is Sewell Lexus. There have been articles about the dealership in regards to their quality of service. We gave in about a year and a half ago and purchased an RX330 during their "December to Remember" promotions. No high pressure tactics here. The salesperson was very cordial and helpful. He got us a very good deal (or as good as you can expect on a Lexus). They took the time to clean and prepare it properly and took a good amount of time when we picked it up to go through the features and introduced us to their service staff. You know that they take pride in their service when the service bays are spotless. What is even more telling about their quality than the buying experience is when you take it in for service. They are such a high volume dealer that you can obtain a loaner even when you drop the car off for an oil change. Talk about convenience. They will even pick up your car, drop off a loaner & deliver when done.
