Storm Damaged Roof 03/14/2014. They installed my roof on 11/23/14 to the letter of the contract. excellent experience and we could not be happier. We will use Sargents again.

Do not trust them. They took my first insurance check and never showed up to do the work. Almost $12,000.00. I have filed a civil suite with hopes of us getting our money back and we have filed felony theft charges with the Dallas D A"s office. They kept rescheduling over and over. Delay after delay. Original start date was July 15th they still haven't returned our money. And Mike Sargent had the balls to say he was going to hold 15% cancellation fee out of our refund for cancelling. If this happened to you then please file a police report so they can submit it to the DA's office and please get in touch with an attorney and please file a civil suit and get in touch with the BBB and file a complaint. Do whatever it takes to stop people like this!!! I had to give it 1 star because the site made me. This company now also goes by 4mynextroof.com just an update!!!! We go to court tomorrow 2/21/14 for a judgment against Mike Sargent and his company. By the way I have since found out that he has done this to at least 13 other home owners.

Do not use these people bad business people to deal with not trust worthy at all, slow, work not that great, do not use these people whatsoever, you'll be very disappointed and very mad that you did...i gave them one-star, i couldn't find the negative star rating...use somebody else ....anybody else you'll be glad you did later, they come on strong to get your business and money and then disappear...they're not worth the paper they right on...so sad, real sad...you'll be sorry you did

This place is ran by thieves. Slow to get started, late to appointments, rescheduled appointments. Shoddy workmanship. Employs illegal aliens

Currently trying to get them back out here to redo a patch they missed.

My insurance adjuster was difficult and to be frank, not helping at all! My salesman at Sargents Roofing met with the adjuster and got things worked out! Now I have an awesome roof that's better than what I started with. Thanks Sargents Roofing!

Excellent company to work with. Fast, flawless service. Worked with my insurance company so I was not out any out of pocket money. Nice people
